Whether you need a dense, rum-soaked fruit loaf or a custom birthday cake featuring a specific bottle of whiskey, I make sure the flavours are balanced just right for an adult celebration. 🤌🏻 When you order from my boozy collection, you get desserts that actually taste like the spirits they are named after. I avoid artificial essences, opting for real rum and whiskey to flavour my ganache, sponges, and truffle fillings. My rum balls are a staple for a reason, blending dark rum with pecans for that perfect nutty, spirited bite that disappears way too fast at parties. If you are looking for a showstopper for a milestone birthday, I often design custom cakes that incorporate miniature bottles of whiskey or bourbon directly into the decor. These are not just for show. I infuse the chocolate sponges with coffee and alcohol to keep the cake moist and rich, providing a contrast to the sweetness of the frosting. Because I make everything fresh to order, I need a lead time of 4 to 5 days to ensure the cakes have enough time to soak and mature, especially for my signature fruit loaves. Everything on my menu is 100% eggless and vegetarian, meaning you get all the indulgence without compromising on dietary preferences. Whether you are in Chembur, Navi Mumbai, or Thane, I can get these delivered safely to your door. Just let me know the occasion, the guest count, and your spirit of choice, and we can start planning. ## About Say Aa Cakes by Shreya I'm Shreya, the baker behind Say Aa Cakes.
