Every base is baked fresh to order in my Chembur kitchen, which is why I need at least 4 to 5 days notice for your booking. This time allows the sponge to settle, the ganache to firm up to that perfect glossy shine, and the flavors to actually develop, so you aren't just getting a pretty cake, but one that tastes like it was made exactly for your celebration. My philosophy is simple. If a cake is beautiful, it must be delicious too. I do not believe in sacrificing taste for design. ### The Flavors My Rasmalai cake has become a staple for a reason. I infuse the sponge with premium saffron and cardamom, then layer it with fresh, soft rasmalai pieces. It hits that perfect balance of traditional Indian sweets and a modern cake texture that works for both kids and grandparents. For the chocolate lovers, my double chocolate is all about intensity. I use high-quality ganache that delivers that signature shine you see in the photos, ensuring the cake is fudgy and smooth, never cloyingly sweet. I also love playing with textures, like adding fresh strawberries to cut through the richness of the chocolate or using caramel drips for that extra bit of indulgence. ### Ordering & Logistics Because I make everything from scratch in my Chembur kitchen, I do not keep pre-baked inventory. That is why I ask for a 4 to 5 day lead time. This gap allows me to source fresh fruit for the strawberry-chocolate combos or properly prep the ganache for the mousse cakes. I deliver across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, including Navi Mumbai and Thane. All my products are 100% vegetarian.
