Here’s a peek at the chaos and creativity that goes into your dream cakes. ## Photos and videos - ![Here I am with one of my proudest creations, a massive, multi-tiered circus-themed cake. I believe a great custom cake isn't just about the aesthetics; it's about the technical engineering required to make those 3D sculptures and anti-gravity designs actually stand up while tasting delicious. My 6-year journey started with a simple passion for baking, but it quickly evolved into what I call edible art. Whether I’m hand-carving a puppy or engineering a floating circus, I love the technical challenge almost as much as the taste. **The Way I Work** I don't just bake; I translate your ideas into sugar. If you bring me a wild theme like an antique clock or a professional milestone, I plan the structure, the flavor profile, and the artistic details to match. My cakes are 100% vegetarian, and I’m just as focused on the taste—think Double Chocolate Nutella or Rasmalai—as I am on the look. **Ordering for Mumbai** Since I handle everything from my Chembur base, I need a little time to prepare, carve, and detail your creation properly. A 4-5 day lead time is the sweet spot to ensure everything is perfect. Whether you're in Navi Mumbai, Thane, or across the city, I’m here to make sure your centerpiece arrives ready to impress. Let’s make your next celebration a little sweeter. ## About Say Aa Cakes by Shreya I’m Shreya, and I’ve been turning flour and sugar into edible art for the past 6 years here in Mumbai. I thrive on the challenges you throw at me—whether it’s a gravity-defying sculpture or a cheeky bachelorette cake—and I promise to always treat your vision like my own.
