We operate with rigorous precision during setup, often logging 72-hour shifts to ensure every structural element—from 10,000-stem installations to delicate, candle-lit tablescapes—is placed exactly according to the design plan. At the core of SAW Flower & Decor is a symbiosis of vision and technical execution. We approach each project by treating the venue as a blank canvas, where the challenge is to build immersive environments rather than just decorating a space. ### The Engineering Behind the Blooms We do not simply arrange flowers. We build them into the architecture of your event. Our process begins by mapping out the narrative of the space, whether it is a high-fashion runway requiring raw, moody forest installations or a wedding demanding ethereal, romantic structures. My team utilizes wooden framing, chicken wire mesh, and complex floral mechanics to construct dimensions that stand firm throughout your event. ### Collaborative Design My work with Shruti is collaborative and distinct. While I focus on the logistical weight—the engineering of 80-foot wide backdrops and high-lift equipment requirements—Shruti refines the sensory details. We determine the exact Pantone shades for our Sola Wood flowers and source exotic stems like Anthuriums and Calla Lilies to match the specific tone of your collection or occasion. ### The Logistics of Art Our 40-60 person production team is trained to handle high-pressure environments. From managing 200+ candles in glass sleeves to ensuring fresh produce styling remains vibrant, our process is designed to handle the unpredictable. When you work with us, you are relying on a team that treats the setup phase with as much importance as the final reveal. ## About SAW Flower & Decor I am Suhaib, and alongside Shruti, I founded SAW Flower & Decor to move beyond conventional floristry. We function as design partners who handle the engineering, production, and aesthetics of your space from start to finish.
