My teaching methods are rooted in the rigorous training I received at the Sports Authority of India under World Cup champion Sergio Pagni. This means that whether we are working on your release or your mental state before a competition, the techniques I share are aligned with current national standards. My philosophy is simple: you cannot hit the target if your mind is chaotic. This is why I integrate sports psychology into our sessions. When I was training at SAI, I learned that technique is only half the battle. The other half is handling the pressure of a competition and maintaining focus, or as I tell my students, 'Bas, focus rakho' (Just keep your focus). I do not just teach you how to hold a bow. I teach you how to read the wind, adjust for distance, and understand the mechanics of your equipment. Whether you are using a traditional Indian bow or a modern recurve setup, we break down your form into small, manageable movements. We use video analysis to spot flaws that the naked eye might miss, ensuring your muscle memory builds the right habits from day one. Archery is a journey that starts with curiosity and grows into a discipline. By participating in our community events, like our Shastra Pooja, you get to experience the heritage of the sport. We are not a factory. We are an academy where every archer, from a 6-year-old child to an adult, gets personalized feedback. If you are serious about competing in district or state-level meets, I will guide you through the rules, scoring, and the mental preparation needed to stand on that podium. ## About Swwapniil Parab I am Swwapniil, and I believe archery is as much about the mind as it is about the bow. I never stop learning, and I bring that same hunger for growth to every session I lead.
