The first few sessions are dedicated to finding your stance and understanding safety commands, because accuracy comes from a stable base, not just pulling the string. You will practice with Indian Round bows that are lighter and more forgiving for beginners, allowing you to focus on your form without the fatigue of heavier gear. Our 8-session beginner course is built to take you from a complete novice to hitting the target consistently. We break the learning process into manageable chunks, focusing on safety first. Every student learns the Archer's T stance, how to nock an arrow, and the correct anchor point to ensure precision. Because we use Indian Round bows, the draw weight is manageable for everyone from age six to adults. You do not need to buy equipment; we provide all bows, arrows, and arm guards for the duration of your training. Sessions take place at the Veer Savarkar Rashtriya Smarak in Dadar West. It is an open-air facility that lets you practice in a natural environment. You will go through the basics of the 5-zone target face system, and we wrap up the month with a friendly balloon-shooting competition. It is a great way to build patience and discipline, whether you are picking this up as a hobby or looking for a serious athletic pursuit. ### Frequently Asked Questions * **Do I need to be fit to start?** No, archery is about focus and coordination rather than raw strength. * **Is it safe for kids?** Absolutely, we prioritize range safety and whistle commands to ensure a secure environment. * **What if I struggle at first?** We say, 'shoot one more'. Improvement is the only goal, and we help you correct your technique in real time. ## About Swwapniil Parab I am Swwapniil, and I believe archery is as much about the mind as it is about the bow. I have trained hundreds of students in Dadar to find their focus, and I love watching new archers realize what they are capable of. My teaching style is hands-on and practical, stripping away the intimidation factor so you can enjoy the sport.
