For these large sites, we bring in JCBs for deep leveling and clearing debris before even thinking about aesthetics. I insist on a 3-inch layer of manure-enriched soil so the grass and trees actually survive in the NCR climate, rather than just looking green for a week and drying out. ### My Approach to Commercial Landscaping When I work on a corporate campus or a commercial building like the Adani or Porsche sites in Gurugram, I don't look for shortcuts. Commercial landscaping requires a different level of durability because these spaces see high footfall and have to look professional year-round. **The Process, From Zero:** 1. **Site Clearing & Grading:** We start with a blank canvas. This involves using heavy machinery to remove construction debris, level the plot, and ensure proper drainage, so you never deal with waterlogging later. 2. **Deep Soil Preparation:** You cannot plant good trees in bad soil. I mix in cow dung manure and vermicompost to enrich the earth before any turf is laid. 3. **Lawn & Planting:** Whether it is installing an instant lawn using carpet tiles or planting perimeter hedges like Ficus Panda to frame the property, I ensure the layout is clean and uniform. 4. **Hardscaping Integration:** A park isn't just plants. I coordinate the construction of paved walkways and curbing to separate the green zones from the parking or traffic areas, ensuring a functional flow for your visitors. ### Frequently Asked Questions **Do you handle maintenance after installation?** Yes. A commercial landscape needs constant care. My team handles mowing, trimming, and cleaning, which is why sites we've worked on, like the Adani Realty project, stay green and neat. **How quickly can you start?** Once we visit the site and finalize the plan, my team moves quickly. We are used to working alongside other contractors on commercial sites, so we know how to manage our work without holding up your project timeline. **What if my site is empty land?** That is my specialty. Turning a barren plot into a fully developed landscape is what I have done for over 30 years. From the first shovel of earth to the final watering, I handle the entire project. ## About Saurav Nursery World My life has been 30 years of working with soil, machines, and plants.
