We focus on the "soul" of the character—their expressions, their backstory, and how they interact on camera. Whether you need a 3D-printed character for an ad film or a soft-sculpted hand puppet for live engagement, my studio handles the sculpting, mechanism engineering, and even the on-set performance training so your brand's new face feels real from day one. ### Bringing Your Brand to Life Puppetry in advertising cuts through the noise of standard CGI or stock imagery. A physical mascot brings a tactile, human quality to your campaigns that audiences find much more engaging. Whether you are a healthcare brand like Sahyadri Hospitals or a utility service like BSES, a well-designed character becomes a recognizable ambassador for your values. ### My Process - **Concept & Character Design:** We start with your brief and develop a character that fits your brand identity. I sketch initial 2D concepts to nail down expressions and personality traits before we touch any material. - **Crafting & Construction:** Everything happens in my Mumbai studio. Depending on your needs, I use high-density foam for hand puppets, resin for mechanical figures with facial triggers, or silicone for high-fidelity animatronics used in 4K commercial filming. - **On-Set Collaboration:** The build is only half the work. I often work alongside directors and actors to ensure the puppet’s performance is natural. I can provide the puppeteers to operate the mascot, ensuring consistent quality throughout your campaign. ### Why Choose Custom Puppets? - **Audience Engagement:** Characters like 'Vichaar Kar' (VK) prove that complex or dry topics become easier to digest when explained by a friendly, witty mascot. - **Versatility:** My puppets are built for longevity. They are designed to be broadcast-ready, durable enough for live activations, and lightweight enough for easy travel. - **Technical Precision:** I mix traditional puppet-making techniques with modern technology like 3D printing and cable-controlled animatronics to meet the specific requirements of modern production sets. If you have a concept in mind, even if it is just a rough doodle, let's talk about how we can turn it into a character that resonates. ## About Satyajit Padhye I am Satyajit, and I carry forward a three-generation legacy of puppetry right here in Mumbai.
