These events are where we listen to your feedback, tweak our nut butter recipes, and connect with the community that makes our food possible, ensuring every batch we bake meets the needs of your daily diet. ### How Satvegik Began Our journey started right in our home kitchen. We felt there was a missing link between conscious eating and satisfying, flavorful food. The idea was simple: create products that are completely free from maida, refined sugar, oils, and preservatives. ### Why We Love Farmers Markets We believe in meeting the people who eat our food. Markets give us the space to: * Share our flourless lentil bread directly with you. * Hear what you want in your nutritional snacks. * Discuss how our products fit into specific dietary needs like gluten-free or vegan lifestyles. ### What to Expect When you visit our stall or order from us, you get food prepared with the same ingredients we use for our own families. We do not use fillers or hidden additives. Our lentil loaves are made fresh to order, meaning you get maximum nutrition, not something that has been sitting on a shelf for weeks. ### Join the Community Whether you are a regular at our market stalls or discovering us for the first time online, your support fuels our work. We are here to make healthy eating accessible and transparent. Have a question about our ingredients or want to know which market we will be at next? Send us a message and let's start a conversation about real, honest food. ## About Satvegik We started Satvegik in our kitchen because we wanted food that was truly clean, nourishing, and honest. Seeing you enjoy our flourless lentil bread and sharing our story at local markets is what keeps us going every day.
