Our crew handles the logistics, technical officiating, and safety protocols so you are not left managing chaos instead of cheering for your swimmers. Event management in aquatic sports requires a precise mix of technical knowledge and crowd control. When we organize a meet, whether it is a small school sports day or a national-level championship in Bengaluru, our goal is to eliminate the guesswork for organizers. Our team is comprised of certified referees, lane judges, and marshals who understand the rules of the sport, ensuring that every race is fair and compliant with standards. We handle the setup of lane ropes, backstroke flags, and timing systems, so your venue is competition-ready from the moment the first swimmer arrives. We also manage the administrative load that often overwhelms event hosts. This includes managing registration desks, handling athlete marshalling, and providing certified lifeguards to ensure safety protocols are followed strictly. Our technical committee, experienced in everything from CISCE national meets to club-level events, works behind the scenes to keep the schedule moving. We believe that when the logistics are handled by pros, the swimmers can focus entirely on the race. ## About Sasthapools We are Team SSA, a dedicated group of coaches and technical staff who live and breathe pool logistics. Led by CISCE coordinator Ratheesh Raveendran, our crew handles everything from lane ropes to official timing so your meet runs without a hitch.
