Whether you need manual timing for a local school event or a fully automated system for a regional championship, we handle the marshaling, officiating, and technical setups to ensure every result is accurate and every race starts on time. Our experience spans from managing CISCE National and State-level championships to hosting school swim meets across Bengaluru. We understand the high-pressure environment of competitive swimming and the need for absolute precision. When you partner with us, we don't just show up; we take control of the entire event workflow. This includes the setup of backstroke flags and lane ropes, managing the call room, ensuring certified officiating, and handling technical complexities like semi-automatic or Fully Automatic Timing (FAT) systems. We offer structured service levels tailored to your requirements: * **Community & Intra-School:** Ideal for sports days. Includes manual timing, 10 officials, and basic awards management. * **Inter-Club Hosting:** Perfect for competitive club meets with 200+ swimmers. We provide semi-automatic plunger timing, spectator management, and digitized results compilation. * **National Championships:** FINA-compliant operations. We manage everything from opening protocols and march-pasts to LED scoreboard integration and real-time online results. Every event comes with our core commitment: strict safety protocols, professional marshaling, and a team that remains calm even when the schedule shifts. Let us make your next meet a standard-setter for the athletes involved. 🏊 ## About Sasthapools We are Team SSA, a family of swimmers dedicated to making competitive meets run smoothly.
