It requires a specific, intense blend of high-volume interval training, dryland conditioning for shoulder stability, and race-day psychology. Our elite squad commits to six days a week of these sessions, focusing on everything from block starts to the final touch, because at this level, we know races are won by milliseconds. Success in competitive swimming is built on more than talent; it is the product of consistent, technical training and a mindset that embraces the grind. At Sasthapools, our elite squad programs are designed to transition swimmers from casual practice to the competitive circuit. We obsess over the details that judges look for: stroke legality, efficiency in drag reduction, and the explosive power needed at the start. Our training regime across our Bangalore facilities, including Ryan International School in Brookefield and our Green Glen Layout center, covers all four competitive strokes. We integrate dryland fitness sessions to build core strength and flexibility, reducing injury risks while increasing endurance. Our coaches, many with competitive histories themselves, provide hands-on stroke correction and lead time trials that act as realistic simulations for regional and national meets. Whether you are a junior swimmer aiming for your first inter-school medal or an adult athlete prepping for Masters championships or triathlons, the framework remains the same: data-driven training. We prioritize squad perks like priority lane access during peak hours and tailored workout plans that target your specific physiological needs. We have seen our students represent at the CISCE National School Games and secure golds at the Karnataka State Masters, proving that when you commit to the process, the results follow. If you are ready to stop swimming for exercise and start training for results, we have a lane waiting for you. ## About Sasthapools We are Sasthapools, a family of swimmers and coaches dedicated to helping you find your edge in the water.
