Please come prepared with a nylon or lycra swimsuit and a cap, as these are mandatory to keep our pool environment safe and hygienic for everyone. ### Fitness in the Water We believe that working out should not feel like a chore. Our approach to aquatic fitness is about movement and community, moving away from solitary lap swimming into group-based activities. The water provides natural resistance that tones muscles and burns calories, all while being gentle on your joints. It is an ideal environment for those recovering from injuries or anyone who finds land-based cardio high-impact. ### What You Will Find at Sportonix Our sessions at the Sportonix Sports Arena in Whitefield are designed to be accessible. We run Aqua Zumba classes where the music is loud, the energy is high, and no one cares about perfect choreography. Just splash and move. For quieter days, our Aqua Yoga sessions use the water for support, allowing you to stretch deeper and hold balances you might struggle with on a mat. ### Practical Details for Participants While we love keeping things casual, we take pool hygiene seriously. Every participant must wear a nylon or lycra swimming costume and a cap; these are standard requirements across our facilities.
