Whether you are looking for our signature 'Royal' buffet setup with illuminated counters or a traditional seated Pangat service on banana leaves, we adjust our team strength and cooking style to suit your specific venue layout in Airoli or anywhere across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area. ### Handling Large-Scale Celebrations When you are hosting 900 to 1500 guests, the logistics of food service matter as much as the taste. We have successfully catered for massive weddings in Panvel, Pen, and Uran, where our uniformed staff ensures that the flow from welcome drinks to dessert remains smooth. We arrive early, manage our own transport and kitchen infrastructure, and ensure our buffet lines are refilled promptly so no guest feels ignored. ### Custom Setups for Your Vibe Your event should look the way you imagined it. We offer three distinct service styles to match your theme: * **Royal Buffet:** Our premium setup featuring illuminated laser-cut panels, floral runners, and professional presentation. This is perfect for receptions where you want the food counters to act as part of the decor. * **Traditional Pangat:** An authentic Maharashtrian experience where guests are seated and served sequentially on banana leaves. This is a popular choice for traditional religious functions and haldi ceremonies. * **Live Counters:** We set up live stations for hot pav bhaji, tandoor naans, chole bhature, and fresh juices. This adds an interactive element that guests always appreciate. ### Authentic Taste and Quality Our menu focuses on crowd-pleasers. From Malvani specialties like chicken curry to North Indian staples like Paneer Tikka Masala, we keep our cooking authentic. We maintain strict hygiene standards and keep vegetarian and non-vegetarian sections separate. If you have a specific vision for your menu or need us to manage two events on the same day, we have the team and the experience to make it happen. ## About Sarika Catering Service I’m Chetan Shelatkar, and for my team at Sarika Catering Service, food is a celebration.
