We manage the logistics, including the water counters and food refill stations, so that even with 1500 guests, the queues stay short and the food stays fresh. We don't just supply food; we manage the entire catering flow. If you are planning a traditional Maharashtrian wedding, our pangat service brings back that nostalgic, seated dining experience. We use fresh banana leaves, and our staff ensures the piping hot food, like Masala Bhaat or Varan Bhaat, keeps coming. For larger receptions or haldi functions where people prefer a buffet, our setup is designed for speed. We have experience handling crowds up to 1500 people, which means we know how to avoid bottlenecks. Our menu is pure vegetarian and focuses on flavors that people actually enjoy—think fresh paneer dishes, crispy puris, and sweets like Gulab Jamun or Modak. We are based in Airoli and serve across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area. Whether your event is at a local hall or an open venue, we come prepared. You will see us setting up double-cloth tables, managing the live tandoor counter, and making sure the water jars are always full.
