We do not just drop off food; we design the buffet layout to keep queues moving so that guests are not stuck waiting. From the setup of our massive stainless steel vessels to managing the speed of our servers, we prioritize getting everyone fed quickly while keeping that home-cooked taste. ### Why size matters to us Cooking for a hundred people is one thing, but serving 1500 at a community feast is a different game. We treat large-scale events like a logistical operation where the goal is consistent quality from the first plate to the last. Whether you are hosting a traditional Bhandara or a large Ganesh Chaturthi celebration, we bring the same level of care. ### Our setup style * **Bhandara Feast:** Designed for high-volume crowds. We use efficient buffet lines and stainless steel chafing dishes to keep food hot and accessible. * **Traditional Pangat:** For religious events, we can arrange for seated dining on banana leaves. It is authentic, respectful, and manages large groups effectively. * **Live Counters:** Even at scale, we add special touches like fresh, garma garam jalebis or live tandoor stations to keep the energy high. ### Areas we cover Based in Airoli, we cater across the entire Mumbai Metropolitan Area. If you have a venue in Vashi, Navi Mumbai, or elsewhere in the city, our team is ready to move. We do not over-promise; we just show up on time with our uniformed staff and handle the rest so you can focus on the event itself. ## About Sarika Catering Service At Sarika Catering Service, food is our family way of celebrating, and we pour that same care into every community event we handle.
