My process relies on specific steam pressing techniques and strategic pinning that ensures your pleats stay voluminous and perfectly layered throughout your event, whether you are wearing silk, crepe, or net. It is not just about folding the fabric. This is about understanding how it hangs. When you see these photos, you are looking at the result of careful steam pressing and correct tension management. In my workshops, I teach you how to identify the right heat for different materials. Heavy silk needs a very different approach than slippery chiffon to get those fluffy pleats right. We also cover hanger folding and box folding. These are essential skills if you want to offer professional pre-pleating services to others.
