In my classes, we move past generic drills to focus on grip correction and pressure control, ensuring you or your child can write for longer periods without fatigue. It is a meditative skill that builds focus and confidence, whether you are picking up a brush pen for the first time or fixing cursive handwriting for better exam legibility. ### Your Path to Better Penmanship My approach to teaching isn't about rigid, boring drills. It is about understanding the mechanics of how you write and helping you develop a style that feels like your own. * **English Cursive & Speed Improvement:** We start with the basics of the tripod grip. I analyze your current posture and writing fatigue, then we work on specific letter connections to improve speed for school exams. You do not need a fancy pen to start; we focus on consistency, spacing, and slant on standard ruled paper. * **Brush Lettering & Creative Arts:** This is where we play. You will learn the difference between thick downstrokes and thin upstrokes, which is the foundation of modern calligraphy. We use these techniques to create quotes, greeting cards, and art pieces. It is therapeutic, fun, and highly rewarding. * **Online or In-Person in Pitampura:** Whether you join me from your home via Zoom or visit my studio in Pitampura, the attention remains personal. I keep group sizes small because I need to see your stroke to correct your angle and ensure you are comfortable. * **Why Learn with Us:** Most of my students report feeling calmer after a session. When you focus on the flow of the pen, everything else quiets down. It is a perfect creative outlet for kids and a great stress-buster for adults. ## About Sonika Gupta I am Sonika.
