## About Interior Design

### Our Design Philosophy

We believe every space should feel alive. Inspired by the idea of the 'Devrai' - where you take only what you need and respect what exists - we design interiors that are both beautiful and mindful of their environment. For us, it's not just about looks. It's about making rooms that connect with people and their stories.

### How We Work

- Maximize natural light and keep spaces open - even a small flat can feel big with the right flow.
- Blend function and clean design. You want a place that works for you, not just looks good.
- Sustainability is in everything we do - we use local materials and aim for designs that last. No shortcuts.

### What We Design

- Homes that breathe: Modern spaces with clean lines, smart use of wood, and touches like bay window swings or study nooks. We love using restored flooring like China mosaic for character.
- Offices with a purpose: Minimalist kitchen design, glass and metal for open workspaces, layouts that make moving around easy.
- Flexible rooms: Custom partitions, spaces that switch from guest bedroom to den, or a library tucked in a passage. Flexible living room solutions are our thing.
- Heritage interiors: Restored heritage interiors, saving old teak, mosaics, and antique furniture - making them fit your life now.

### Material Matters

We work with salvaged woods, original stone, glass, and metal. Materials have a history. We let them shine so your space isn't just new - it’s got soul.

## Meet your expert

[Sejpal and Parekh Associates](https://mytribe.in/sapaarchitects)

### My story

We’re SAPA. You know, for us, design’s always been about more than just buildings. It’s that Devrai vibe—sacred forests, nature as family, not just resource. We took that spirit right to France, built a garden that kinda whispers to you, not shouts. Whether it’s using mud from the site for a new office or rescuing old timber for a door, we love keeping the old soul alive. Watching people use these spaces, that’s the real reward.

### My work

- **What We Do**: We handle master planning, architecture, landscape, interiors, and heritage building restoration.
- **Rooted in Resilience**: Our designs are all about sustainability and zero footprint architecture, inspired by Devrai inspired landscape.
- **Old Meets New**: We blend traditional techniques with today’s needs—think mud brick construction, local materials, and a lot of heart.
- **Restoring With Care**: When we restore, we keep the soul intact. Salvaged wood, skilled hands, every old story matters.
- **Spaces for Community**: From community courtyard design to open grounds, our focus is always bringing people together.
