As a disciple of Ustad Chhamma Khan, my performances come straight from the guru-shishya parampara. I also bring out rare sounds like Tabla Tarang performance sometimes. ### My Repertoire I play a wide range of Taals, from Teentaal to complex cycles like Rudrataal. My tabla journey started with my guruji, Ustad Chhamma Khan, Delhi Gharana. Ishwar ki kripa hai (God’s grace), I’ve played from Russia to China, teaching what I learnt. In 2005, we started Sangeetika to pass on this legacy. Now, our students—some from Russia, Tanzania, some my own family—feel like one big family.
