These skills take time, but they are not magic. They are physics and practice. Whether you are working on your first handstand or refining your forearm balance, here is a real look at how we build strength from the ground up.

## About Advanced Calisthenics & Inversions

Getting upside down is not just about strength. It is about control and trusting your balance. In my sessions, we do not jump straight into complex handstands. We use blocks, walls, and intentional mobility work to open the shoulders and stabilize the core first. If you are tired of gym machines and want to learn how to move your own bodyweight with actual technique, this is where we start.

### My Approach to Inversions

Advanced calisthenics and inversions are not about showing off. They are about getting to know your body. My training focuses on the foundational steps that most people skip. We work on alignment, wrist health, and shoulder mobility to ensure you are safe before you ever take your feet off the ground. Whether it is a Pincha Mayurasana (forearm stand) or a simple crow pose, the process is the same: consistency over intensity.

### Where We Train

I offer a few different environments depending on what helps you focus:

* **CaliClan Academy (Sector 58):** Perfect for using gymnastics rings and parallel bars.
* **ALL FIT (Sector 52A):** Great for community energy and cross-training.
* **Home Visits (Gurugram):** If you prefer one-on-one attention in your own space, I come to you.

### Pricing & Coaching Options

* **1-on-1 Personal Skill Coaching:** ₹15,000–₹25,000 for 12 sessions. This is highly customized to unlock specific goals like handstands or deep backbends.
* **Unlimited Adult Group Training:** ₹4,000–₹5,000 per month. This gives you daily access to our semi-outdoor facility for calisthenics, yoga, and kickboxing.
* **Under 18 Cadet Membership:** ₹2,800–₹3,000 per month. Focused on discipline and foundational movements for students.

If you are feeling a bit wobbly, that is normal. We laugh through the falls, fix the form, and get back up. That is the abhyas. If you are ready to stop talking about it and start doing it, send me a message and let's see which path fits your current level.
