## About Calisthenics & Bodyweight Training

I’m all about real, functional strength that you can use in day-to-day life. For me, calisthenics isn’t just a workout - it’s a personal journey of getting to know your own body. We leave the fancy machines behind and focus on the basics: push-ups, pull-ups, squats, and more. Whether you’re just starting out or you want to step up your skills, I’ll be right there, making sure your form is solid and your progress is steady.

### Desi Workout Vibes

No show-off stuff, just honest movement. Kabhi kabhi bas apna body ka bhar uthana hai (Sometimes you just need to lift your own bodyweight). We keep things simple and effective, so you actually feel the difference.

### Skills That Feel Like Flying

Ready to flip the script and try some gravity-defying skills? I love working on handstands, crow pose, and those cool calisthenics progressions that make you feel like you’re flying. We take it slow, celebrate small wins, and laugh through the wobbles.

### Strength Meets Flexibility

Strength training is just one part - I blend my yoga background into everything so you get mobility and flexibility training too. This way you’re not just strong, you move better and stay injury-free.

### Training Options

I run group sessions in Gurugram for that community energy, plus personal training at your home if you want one-on-one focus. We practice together. Showing up is half the battle - the rest, we tackle together.

## Meet your expert

[Sandhya](https://mytribe.in/sandhyaarya__)

### My story

Hey, I’m Sandhya. Sometimes I’m a saree-wearing yogini, sometimes just a blessed mess, always somewhere between lost and found. My soul feels free in the pahad (mountains), but my heart comes home on the mat. Life’s just a bunch of moments, right? I dance with them, trip sometimes, laugh with my tribe, and keep returning to abhyas (practice). Not chasing perfect, just living for the small joys and finding myself again and again.

### My work

- **What I Offer**: Yoga, mindful strength training, flexibility and mobility sessions, meditation, acro yoga basics, calisthenics.
- **How I Teach**: We move with purpose, mix bodyweight yoga practice with breath, and learn by doing—not just talking.
- **Training Style**: No fancy machines. Just you, your mat, and the quiet power of practice. Sometimes we fall, always we get up.
- **The Vibe**: It’s about gratitude, finding balance, and choosing to be strong. I’m here for your journey, not your perfection.
