This includes seven days of remote distant healing before you arrive, and seven days after you return, so the energy work continues long after your journey ends. ### Our Approach to Spiritual Growth We believe you do not need to leave your family or job to grow spiritually. Our retreats are designed to help you integrate spiritual awareness into your modern life. Whether you are a student, a professional, or a parent, our programs are crafted to make your SOUL stronger, more courageous, and vibrant without requiring renunciation. ### What to Expect Every retreat follows a intentional rhythm. We combine guided meditation journeys with Satsang sessions where you can ask honest, no-filter life questions. We host these gatherings in high-energy locations—from the mountains of Himachal and Kashmir to the spiritual coast of Kerala and Puri—because the environment significantly amplifies the internal work we do together. ### The Logistics We handle the practical details so you can focus entirely on the inner journey. Our packages are all-inclusive, covering: * Comfortable 4-star accommodation on a twin-sharing basis. * Full-board vegetarian sattvic meals. * Airport transfers and local transit in hill-appropriate vehicles. * Pre and post-retreat distant healing support. We prioritize safety and health. These retreats are open to anyone 18 and older in good health. We keep group sizes manageable to ensure everyone receives personal attention and the space to heal properly. ## About Samyama Healing Centre Mahayogi Madhukarji and Maa Aditiji lead every retreat, offering direct guidance to help you navigate your own confusion. We are a family, not just a school, and we focus on practical tools for self-healing and protection.
