When we hold retreats in places like Puri or Kashmir, we integrate deep meditation and energy work into the local rhythm. You are joining a community that values both spiritual depth and your current life reality, ensuring the peace you find on the mat travels back home with you. Our retreats are born from a specific philosophy: you do not need to abandon your professional or family life to achieve spiritual depth. Whether we are in the mountains of Kashmir or the temples of Puri, our focus remains consistent: guiding you through the 'Inner World' while you continue to navigate your 'Outer World.' We view these Yatras as more than just travel; they are immersive experiences in self-realization. During a Puri Yatra, we combine visits to historical sites like Konark with intense meditation, allowing the environment to amplify our healing work. In Kashmir, we utilize the stillness of the landscape to deepen our practice. This isn't just about visiting new places, it is about creating sacred spaces where you can disconnect from daily noise and reconnect with your soul. Every retreat includes: - Guided meditation and energy work to remove deep-seated blocks. - Satsang sessions where we discuss the practical application of spiritual truths. - Seva and community integration, so your growth benefits those around you. This is a journey for anyone feeling stuck, whether you are in your 20s or beyond, looking for a way to grow without the rigidity of traditional Sanyasa. If you feel that your search for clarity is hitting a wall, joining one of these retreats can be the turning point that helps you integrate peace into your life permanently. ✨ ## About Samyama Healing Centre We are Mahayogi Madhucarji and Maa Aditiji.
