Since 1999, food for us means zaayka and tradition, not just business. Hum sab karte hain - weddings, birthdays, office parties, Eid, anything. Biryani ka asli mazaa masalon se hai (real joy is in the spices), not the mild stuff. We cook big deghs on fire, proper kadak masaledaar biryani, just like old times.
