I look at the floor plan and the problem areas you face daily. For instance, in our terrace gym projects, the challenge is not just the interiors; it is the structural integrity needed to keep the space weather-proof and accessible for years. My team does not just hand over a pretty room, we hand over a space that actually works for your daily routine. ### My Approach to Renovation I believe in a turnkey approach. That means my team handles the heavy lifting—breaking walls, managing plumbing, concealing electrical wiring, and the final finishing touches—so you do not have to stress about coordinating different contractors. **What You Can Expect When We Work Together:** * **Structural Problem Solving:** Whether it is extending a balcony to gain more floor space or casting an RCC slab, we handle the civil engineering required to make it safe and lasting. * **Smart Details:** You will not see messy wires in my kitchens or projects. We plan for hidden RO units, magnetic track lighting, and handle-less cabinets from day one. * **Practical Design:** I prefer designs that make sense for how you actually live. If you need a foldable ladder to reach your roof tank without ruining your terrace decor, we build it. If you need a salon that is ready for customers the moment we hand over the keys, we make it happen. **Where I Work** My team and I are based out of Patel Nagar and handle projects across Delhi NCR and Pune. We do not just do home interiors; we handle commercial fit-outs like salons and offices where layout efficiency is just as important as the look. If you are tired of a space that feels wrong, let’s sit down and figure out how to make it right. ## About Sameline Interiors I’m Ankit Roy. I believe in working like a family, not a faceless firm.
