We keep our sessions small—capped at 8 to 12 people—so you aren't just one face in a crowd. We use live crystal singing bowls and gongs to create an acoustic environment that helps your nervous system shift out of 'fight or flight' mode and into deep rest. ### How it works Sound healing is not just about relaxing music. It works through a process called entrainment, where your brain waves synchronize with the frequencies of the instruments. This helps lower cortisol levels and can be particularly effective for clearing brain fog and managing stress. ### What to expect Each 90-minute session is designed for total immersion. We provide yoga mats, bolsters, and eye masks. You’ll spend 15 minutes in a briefing to settle in, followed by 75 minutes of sound therapy. The studio is a shoe-free, air-conditioned space in HSR Layout with dimmable lighting to keep the environment quiet and controlled. ### For corporate teams We regularly host private corporate wellness sessions, including workshops for companies like Shell India. It is a practical way to help a team de-stress without the typical 'wellness' lecture. We can accommodate group requests and tailor the environment to your team's needs. ### Post-session After the vibrations settle, we always offer a complimentary herbal tea. It is a small part of the process, but it helps you ground yourself before you step back out into the Bengaluru traffic. ## About Salt World We are Salt World.
