You can adjust the heat between 45°C and 60°C, which means you can actually hold a conversation while you relax. It is a space designed for you to talk, detox, and get the physiological benefits of deep tissue heat without feeling suffocated. ### Why Choose a Wellness Date? We hear from so many couples who are tired of the same cycle of movies and dinners. Whether you are celebrating an anniversary or just need a weekend break, a wellness date at Salt World is about intentional time. You get a private suite with chromotherapy lighting, Bluetooth speakers, and a space where you can focus on each other rather than the menu. ### The Infrared Experience Our FAR infrared heat is distinct from traditional steam saunas. Because it is dry heat, it penetrates up to 1.5 inches into your body, warming your muscles directly. This is why many of our clients feel a deeper sense of relaxation and muscle relief compared to regular steam rooms. It is a comfortable, sweat-heavy session that leaves you feeling rejuvenated, not drained. ### The Full Protocol Many couples choose to combine our therapies for a complete 'day out' experience. We often recommend starting with a session in the Salt Cave to clear the respiratory system, followed by the Infrared Sauna for deep detox, and finishing with an Ice Plunge for a dopamine boost. It is a sequence that leaves you feeling completely reset. ### What to Expect We provide everything you need—fresh towels, premium toiletries, and alkaline water to keep you hydrated. All you need to bring is comfortable swimwear if you plan on using the ice plunge. Our team is always on hand to help you set the right temperature and guide you through the process, so you can make the most of your time together. ## About Salt World We started Salt World because we believe healing is an experience meant to be shared. We aren't a high-end luxury spa; we are a space for real results and honest recovery. Whether it is your anniversary or just a weekend reset, we make sure you leave feeling lighter.
