Our extra-wide, open-style tanks are designed so you can hold hands or just float comfortably in silence, completely free from the city's noise, for a full 60 or 90 minutes of uninterrupted time together. When you book a couple's session at Salt World, you aren't just visiting a spa. You are stepping into a private, sound-proof suite designed to disconnect you from the constant hum of Bengaluru. Our open-style tanks are a huge departure from the claustrophobic pods often found elsewhere. Because the room is large and open, and the water is kept at skin temperature, the boundary between your body and the water eventually disappears. ### What to expect on your date This is a low-pressure environment. You will start with a mandatory shower, then step into 11 inches of water saturated with 1000kg of medical-grade Epsom salt. This density creates that unique zero-gravity feeling. Many couples find that after 20 minutes, the 'talk' stops and a deep, meditative state takes over. It is a genuine way to hit the reset button on stress, muscle pain, and the mental clutter of the work week. ### Practical details We provide fresh cotton towels, earplugs, and all the shower essentials you need. After your float, you can unwind in our lounge with complimentary green tea or nimbu-pani. It is simple, clean, and entirely focused on helping you two leave feeling lighter than when you arrived. If you are worried about the space, ask us about the non-claustrophobic configuration before you book. ## About Salt World I'm Deepthi, and I started Salt World because I needed a way to heal my own health struggles, not just to open a business. We keep things simple, real, and science-backed—just a quiet, clean space in HSR Layout where you and your partner can actually hear yourselves think again.
