While our desserts often steal the spotlight, our savoury selections are the heart of the meal—designed to be both comforting and visually striking. ## Photos and videos - [Video: A comforting yet elegant savoury dish being prepared. Whether it is a tableside broth pour or a live wok station, we focus on the choreography of service to ensure every guest gets a plate that is fresh, piping hot, and perfectly plated. It is that extra bit of movement that transforms a standard meal into a memorable dinner. ### Our Approach to Savoury Catering Food at an event should be an experience, not just fuel. When we plan a savoury menu, we look for that perfect balance of familiar comfort and surprising innovation. We avoid the monotony of mass-produced buffets by focusing on live chef stations and signature plates that command attention. ### The Theatre of Serving We believe the way a dish is presented is just as important as how it tastes. Our team is trained to handle service with precision—from pouring steaming broths over dumpling bowls to managing live grills. This ensures that every guest receives their food at the exact right moment, preserving texture and temperature. We want your guests to walk away saying, 'kya khaana hai tumhari shaadi ka!' ### Custom Menus for Delhi NCR Operating out of our Jaunapur studio, we serve events across Delhi NCR, from intimate dinners at home to grand weddings at farms. Our savoury offerings range from: * **Global & Indian Fusion:** Blending traditional spices with international techniques. * **Live Chaat Counters:** Bringing the authentic 'Dilli 6' experience with a gourmet twist. * **Themed Buffet Spreads:** Carefully designed menus that match your event's decor and vibe. Whether you are planning a winter wedding, a corporate gala, or a milestone birthday, we collaborate with you to build a menu that is cohesive, flavourful, and reflective of your personal taste. ## About Saltt Catering We are a team that treats food as an emotion, not just a service. After nearly two decades in Delhi, we know that great catering is not just about the recipe; it is about how the food is plated, served, and experienced by your guests. We are here to ensure your wedding or event menu gets people talking for the right reasons.
