They are about quality snacks that actually get eaten. Whether it is our Chhota box for a quick catch-up or the Bada hamper for a full-blown family chai session, everything is made from scratch in my kitchen. No frozen inventory, no shortcuts, just real butter and the good stuff. When I build these hampers, I think about what I would actually want to receive. Most gift boxes are full of stuff that sits in the pantry until it expires. At Salt, we do it differently. Our Chhota and Bada sets are filled with items that have a purpose. You get our famous Cookies 2.0, nutty nankhatai, and shortbreads that actually taste like real butter and cinnamon. For the savoury fans, the Bada hamper comes with my house-made fresh cheese dip and rosemary sourdough crackers. It is honest food that makes for a great evening, not just a box of filler items. We keep everything fresh, which is why we do not have thousands of these sitting on a shelf. We bake to order. As for the pop-ups, those are my absolute favourite chaos. Whether we are hanging out at Nandan Coffee or setting up a movie-themed dessert bar at Darry's House in Bandra, the goal is always the same. I want you to try the cakes, taste the layers, and see that 'perfectly imperfect' is actually a vibe. We have been known to bring the pink, the popcorn, and the drama to various spots across Mumbai. If you see us pop up near Colaba or Bandra, come say hi. We are always doing something fun with our menu, like the Legally Blonde screening treats. Keep an eye on our socials or message us to see where we are heading next. ## About Salt by Flavia I am Flavia, and Salt is my life. It is early mornings, flour on my apron, and constant experimenting. I started this in a tiny Goregaon kitchen, and even after ten years, I still handle every order like it is for my own family.
