Every cookie you order is scaled by hand, scooped, and baked fresh in small batches at my Cuffe Parade kitchen. If they look a little uneven or rustic, that's the point—they're made by a human, not a factory line, so you get all the flavour without the weird artificial aftertaste. Most cookies you find in stores are mass-produced sugar bombs designed to last for months on a shelf. My approach is the opposite. Whether you’re grabbing a Pistachio Raspberry cookie for a mid-afternoon slump or a box of Nankhatai to go with your evening chai, it’s all about honest ingredients. ### Why my cookies are different I use real butter, 70% dark couverture chocolate, and tahini. There is no margarine and no preservatives in this kitchen. My 'Clean Cookie' is my personal challenge to the health-conscious crowd—made with almond flour, flax egg, and jaggery, it’s proof that you don't need refined sugar to make something indulgent. ### What’s usually on the tray: * **The Classics:** Chocolate chunk cookies with sea salt—crispy edges, gooey centers, exactly how they should be. * **The Fusion:** Pistachio Raspberry cookies with velvety pistachio crème. * **The Tea-Time Essentials:** Traditional Nankhatai made with pure ghee and whole wheat. * **The Healthy(ish) Stuff:** Almond-flour based cookies for when you want a treat without the guilt. ### How to order I’m a micro-bakery, which means I control every batch, but I have limited capacity. When you order from me, you’re not getting inventory that's been sitting in a freezer. Everything is baked to order.
