Flavia here. Salt started in a tiny Goregaon kitchen, just me (and sometimes mum, dragging her around as my sous chef). Got my turtle tattoo for luck, lost my dad, kept baking anyway. Ten years, a rebrand, and a wedding later, Salt still feels like home. Early mornings, no real days off, but every cake, every cookie - that’s me. Wouldn’t trade it for anything.
