You are getting us, the Sabharwal brothers, on the ground. We personally oversee the setup and service for every event, ensuring the food, presentation, and bar experience align with the standards our family has upheld for forty years. Our journey began in 1984, and while the scale of our events has grown, our philosophy remains rooted in the values our family instilled in us from the start. Food is our legacy, not just a business. When you hire Salt and Pepper for your celebration, you are not engaging a faceless agency. You are bringing in the Sabharwal brothers and our dedicated team to manage your event’s culinary and hospitality experience. We believe that the difference between a good event and a great one lies in the details. We do not just design menus. We help you curate a flow of service that keeps guests engaged, from the first welcome drink to the final live station serving fresh food. Whether it is a large scale wedding at a farm in Kapasera or an intimate corporate launch in central Delhi, we apply the same rigour to the taste, the presentation, and the professionalism of our staff. We understand the pressure of hosting. That is why we focus on proactive service. If a guest has a special dietary requirement or if a live station needs replenishment, our team is trained to handle it before it becomes a concern. Our clients often tell us that hearing their guests say the food was genuinely tasty is the highlight of their day. We want to ensure you get to hear that same praise. We are always available to discuss your requirements. We prefer to understand your vision first so we can tailor our bar setups, food counters, and service staff to match the mood of your party. Let us handle the hospitality so you can enjoy the celebration. ## About Salt and Pepper We are the Sabharwal brothers, and we lead Salt and Pepper.
