Whether it is an archway entrance leading into a hall filled with crystal chandeliers or a curated lounge area, every element is placed to encourage conversation. Our goal is for guests to settle in comfortably, creating an atmosphere that makes the dining experience feel personal rather than transactional. The way a space is set up dictates the energy of your event. For decades, we have moved beyond just plating food to designing the entire culinary environment. A grand event succeeds when the catering station looks as intentional as the decor. ### Our Design Approach * **Lighting and Depth:** We use warm lighting to highlight live food counters and fruit displays, ensuring the food is not just tasty but visually appealing. Proper lighting makes the food stand out and adds drama to the evening. * **Flow and Function:** A great layout prevents crowding. We map out guest movement to ensure easy access to live tawa stations or the bar, keeping the flow smooth even at large weddings. This keeps the energy high without the stress of long queues. * **Cohesive Decor:** Whether it is a modern, minimalist look or a classic floral theme, our setup mirrors the vibe of your event. We coordinate with the venue decor to ensure our bar counters, buffet tables, and service areas feel like a natural part of the hall, not an afterthought. We understand the logistics of Delhi NCR venues. We know how to work within space constraints while still delivering that grand feel. If you have a vision for your wedding or corporate event, we are here to ensure the physical setup supports the atmosphere you want to build. ## About Salt and Pepper We are the Sabharwal brothers, and we have been catering events since 1984.
