What really sticks with our clients is how we handle the small stuff—like ensuring the kadhi stays consistent for the older guests or making sure the vegan menu feels just as considered as the rest of our spread. When you read these notes, you’ll see that for us, success is measured by that one guest who walks up to tell the host, 'khana bahut swaad hai'. ### Why Clients Choose Salt and Pepper For us, a successful event isn't just about the final bill; it is about the conversations that happen over the dinner table. Since 1984, we have learned that the details matter—the temperature of the soup, the crispness of the papad, and the attentiveness of our servers. ### Consistent Quality Across Menus Whether we are handling an intimate house party or a grand Delhi wedding, our approach remains the same. We focus on: * **Authentic Preparation:** We stick to traditional recipes for our North Indian curries, ensuring that deep, home-cooked flavor that guests expect. * **Inclusive Catering:** We have spent years perfecting our vegan and global menus so that dietary restrictions never feel like a compromise for your guests. * **Professional Service:** Our staff is trained to anticipate needs before they are voiced, maintaining a balance between being present and letting your guests enjoy their evening. ### The Salt and Pepper Promise We know that choosing a caterer is about trust. You are putting the reputation of your event into our hands. From the moment we start planning your menu to the final plate cleared at the end of the night, our focus is on keeping the process transparent, the food flavorful, and the experience seamless. We don’t just deliver food; we deliver the service that makes your guests leave happy. ## About Salt and Pepper We’re the Sabharwal brothers, and we’ve been running Salt and Pepper since 1984.
