We use a rotational partner system, which means you will cycle through different partners during the session. This is the fastest way to learn lead-and-follow mechanics, and it is how we have helped thousands of Delhiites feel comfortable on the dance floor in just a few weeks. ### Your First Steps in Latin Dance Starting a new hobby can be intimidating, but at our studio, we believe the hardest part is just walking through the door. Our beginner workshops focus on the core foundations of Salsa, Bachata, and Kizomba, breaking down complex rhythms into simple, repeatable patterns. ### Why Join Our Beginner Program? * **No Experience Required:** We teach from the ground up, starting with basic steps, posture, and musicality. * **Rotational Learning:** By dancing with multiple people, you gain a better understanding of how different bodies move and how to interpret leading signals, which is far more effective than sticking with one partner. * **Safe Environment:** We operate out of IFBC Studios in Saket, featuring professional wooden laminate flooring and climate-controlled rooms to ensure you are comfortable, not sweating through your clothes in the heat. ### What You Will Learn We focus on practical techniques you can actually use at a social event. This includes: * **Footwork:** Learning to count the beats and move in sync with the music. * **Partnerwork:** Mastering the basic turn patterns and the connection between lead and follow. * **Styling:** Getting comfortable with your body movement, like the 'Shoulder Catch' variations we often teach in our introductory videos. Whether you are looking to meet new people in the Delhi dance community or just want to add some rhythm to your life, our doors are open. We host new batches every month, so you can jump in whenever you are ready. Chalo, let's dance! ## About Salsa India We have been teaching dance in Delhi for almost 20 years, and honestly, our favorite students are the ones who walk in saying they have two left feet. We break everything down, keep it simple, and make sure you are moving comfortably before the hour is up.
