In our Sunday evening sessions at our Sainik Farm studio, we focus on helping you find that groove naturally, regardless of whether you are joining alone or bringing a friend along. Kizomba is a beautiful, grounded dance style that relies on lead and follow cues rather than complex choreography. It is often described as feeling the music and moving as one with your partner. In our classes, we strip away the intimidation factor. You do not need to bring a partner; our rotational system ensures you will dance with different people, helping you learn to adapt to different styles and levels of experience. ### What to Expect in Our Classes Our Sunday sessions are designed to be a complete break from the week. You will start with fundamental steps and progress to the smooth, rhythmic flow that defines Kizomba. We keep our class sizes manageable so our instructors can check in on everyone's progress, ensuring you are comfortable with the technique before moving on. Whether you are a total newbie with 'two left feet' or someone with dance experience looking to add a new style, you will find your place here. ### Our Studio Vibe We train at our dedicated studio in Sainik Farm, New Delhi. It features a professional wooden dance floor and full-length mirrors, creating the perfect environment to focus on your posture and connection. After the class, many of our students head out or grab a drink nearby, keeping the community vibe going well after the music stops. This is the heart of what we do: we build a family, not just a classroom. If you want to experience that connection for yourself, come join us this Sunday. ## About Salsa India We are Salsa India. For two decades, we have been building a home for dance lovers in Delhi.
