For these setups, I balance tiered stands for delicate bites like chicken tarts or mushroom vol-au-vents with warm, interactive kulhad stations for chaat. Whether it is a ladies' lunch or a festive card party, my team manages the entire flow. We handle everything from the initial plating to ensuring the hot snacks stay warm until the last guest is served, so you can actually host instead of just working. My high-tea catering services in Delhi NCR are designed to bridge the gap between a formal lunch and a casual get-together. When you host, you want variety without the stress of managing multiple vendors or complex logistics. ### Why combine High-Tea and Chaat? This is my favorite menu format because it hits every craving. You get the sophistication of continental finger foods, like cucumber sandwiches and fish fingers, paired with the nostalgic, savory kick of Indian street food. ### The Service Flow * **Cold Section:** We set up tiered displays featuring savory tarts, fresh sandwiches, and bruschetta. These are perfect for guests to pick up while mingling. * **Warm Section:** My live chaat counters bring the energy of a street market to your dining room. Guests can grab a fresh kulhad of chole chawal or watch as we assemble gol gappas table-side. * **Sweet Finish:** Every table ends with dessert jars, such as rose kheer or chocolate blueberry tarts, ensuring a complete culinary journey. ### Perfect For These setups work well for intimate pre-wedding functions like mehendi or dhol nights, corporate team lunches, and festive card parties. Because I handle the entire setup—including the floral accents, wooden risers, and slate platters—your home or venue stays organized while looking professional. ## About Saloni's Kitchen Hi, I’m Saloni.
