My live stations range from the aromatic sizzle of BBQ grills, featuring lamb chops, prawns, and grilled asparagus, to the quick, fresh assembly of palak patta chaat. For winter afternoons, nothing beats the warmth of a live appam station or a flying buffet serving comfort classics like mutton chawal in kulhads. Whether you are hosting an intimate anniversary in South Delhi or a large-scale corporate lunch, these stations keep guests mingling. I handle all the heavy lifting, bringing the equipment, ingredients, and expert chefs to your venue. You only need to provide the space.
