I bring my signature copper and hammered steel chafing dishes, fresh floral centerpieces, and candles to style your dining table, transforming your space into a proper banquet setup so you can focus entirely on your guests. Hosting at home should be about connection, not time spent in the kitchen. When I cater for an intimate gathering, my goal is to blend restaurant-quality service with the comfort of your own dining room. My approach starts with the menu. Whether you want a heavy appetizer spread, a multi-course dinner with rich curries served in copper pots, or a themed brunch, we work together to build a selection that fits your preferences. I cater to diverse tastes, balancing traditional Indian classics with fusion dishes that offer a fresh twist. Service is just as important as the food. I bring my own waitstaff to manage the flow of the evening, ensuring glasses are filled and plates are cleared without you lifting a finger. My team sets up the buffet, manages the live replenishment, and handles the cleanup afterward. I specialize in creating a full sensory experience. From the scent of fresh flowers on the table to the visual appeal of modern plating and ceramic serveware, every detail is considered. Because I cook fresh right at your venue, the food reaches your guests hot and flavorful. If you are hosting a milestone anniversary, a birthday, or a simple get-together in Delhi NCR, let me handle the catering so you can participate in the conversation rather than the preparation. ## About Saloni's Kitchen I am Saloni. I believe food is the heart of every gathering, whether it is a quiet anniversary dinner or a lively birthday bash. My team and I handle the planning, cooking, and styling, ensuring your home feels like a boutique venue for the evening.
