## About Hand-Painted Masterpieces

Because I paint these by hand, every single piece, from the Gond art deer to the Jamini Roy inspired portraits, has subtle variations that make it truly unique. When you order these, you are getting genuine artisan work where the individual brushstrokes tell a story, rather than mass-produced prints that look identical.

My process starts with raw clay, which I shape and fire until it is durable enough to become jewelry. Once the terracotta base is ready, the real work begins. I use acrylic paints to layer these pieces with motifs from traditional Indian art forms like Pichwai, Madhubani, and Warli. This is not just painting, it is an attempt to keep these art forms alive on a canvas that people can actually wear every day. 

Each set is finished with a protective glossy varnish. This coating serves two purposes: it gives the colors a ceramic-like shine and adds a layer of water resistance, making them suitable for regular wear. While they are sturdy, I always recommend handling them with care, just as you would any piece of fine jewelry.
