For instance, while a North-facing door is excellent for Mithun (Gemini) and Kanya (Virgo) rashis, those with Mesh (Aries) or Vrishchik (Scorpio) rashi often see better energy flow with South-facing entrances. We look at your specific chart before deciding where to place the entrance or pooja room to ensure your home supports your life path rather than working against it. When you are investing in a new home or property, you want the space to feel right from day one. I focus on correcting energy flow through alignment rather than major structural changes. Whether you are building from scratch or moving into a new flat, here is how we approach your property: ### Why Rashi Alignment Matters Your Rashi connects you to the directions. If your main door or the master bedroom does not align with your zodiac sign, it can lead to feelings of being 'stuck' or persistent stress. My process involves reviewing your floor plan—or visiting your site with a magnetic compass—to identify if the layout supports your specific energy. ### The Critical Zones We Check - **Pooja Room:** This is the most sensitive area of your home. It should never be placed under a staircase or facing South. We ensure it sits in the Northeast zone for maximum positivity. - **Kitchen & Bedroom:** These represent the Fire and Earth elements. We check that these zones are placed where they harmonize with the rest of the house, not clashing with the water or air elements. - **Structural Flaws:** If your building has a 'cut' in a corner or a toilet in the Northeast, these are Vastu doshas that need attention. I provide non-destructive remedies using specific colors, mirror placements, or yantras to fix these issues. ### How We Can Work Together I offer two main ways to consult. For existing floor plans, I provide a map-based analysis via video call where I mark corrections directly on your document. For new construction, I travel to your site to check the plot slope, excavation points for borewells, and ensure pillars do not cut through sensitive energy zones. My goal is always to provide simple, actionable steps that restore balance to your space. ## About Advaith Krishna I am Pandit Advaith Krishna, and for 25 years, I have helped families find clarity through astrology and Vastu.
