We don't just teach kicks; we use agility ladders, commando races, and gentle stretching routines to keep toddlers and kids engaged, making sure they leave the mat looking forward to the next session. Taekwondo for kids is about more than just self-defense. At Strike International Taekwondo Academy in Okhla, we focus on tarbiyat (upbringing) through discipline and active play. For our youngest students, the goal is not immediate perfection; it is building a strong foundation of coordination, balance, and, most importantly, joy. We use a curriculum tailored for growing bodies. You will see them practicing basic stances and blocks, but we mix these with 'Commando Race' exercises and agility drills using hoops to keep their heart rates up and their spirits high. It is a safe space where children learn to listen to their coach, respect their peers, and believe in themselves. Why parents choose us: * Kukkiwon Certification: Training is led by a National Poomsae Judge, ensuring your child learns the right techniques from day one. * Safety First: Our facility features 25mm EVA puzzle mats to cushion every tumble and move. * Holistic Growth: We emphasize adab (respect) and focus just as much on character as we do on physical strength. Whether it is helping a friend with a stretch or conquering a hurdle in a race, every class is a small milestone. We follow the official belt promotion system, allowing kids to celebrate their hard-earned progress with certificates and new belts, creating memories they will carry for years. If you are looking for an activity that builds grit and confidence, come by for a trial session. ## About Strike International Taekwondo Academy I am Ajmal Husain, and coaching these little champs is my greatest joy. My academy in Okhla is a space where children build strength, but they leave with big smiles and a lot of mohabbat (love) for the sport.
