My 60-day program focuses on internal detox, using specific juices like beetroot and amla, paired with my homemade ayurvedic products to clear your skin and hair well before your first event. ### Your 60-Day Roadmap Many brides ask me when to start their skincare. My answer is always: as soon as you have a date. My 60-day course is broken into two main phases to make sure you see real results, not just temporary effects. #### Phase 1: The Detox (Days 1–30) This is all about cleaning out the system. We focus on internal health first. You will start my daily hydration protocol and follow a specific diet guide for detox juices—think beetroot, amla, and mint.
