Whether we are rigging a box truss for sound or installing waterproof hangars to withstand the Navi Mumbai monsoon, we focus on structural safety first. You get a space ready for the crowd, regardless of the weather. Managing a public event requires more than just fabric and flowers. It is about logistics, safety, and infrastructure that works for the local climate. ### Our Infrastructure Approach We specialize in heavy-duty setups that can handle high-traffic environments. We provide waterproof German hangars ranging from 3,000 to 5,000 square feet, reinforced stages suitable for Dahi Handi, and crowd barricades that manage flow effectively. Every setup includes professional rigging for sound and light equipment to ensure your event runs smoothly from start to finish. ### Dealing with Navi Mumbai Weather Rain is a factor we always account for. Our team is trained to handle unexpected downpours with proper drainage planning and waterproof fabric. We do not just put up a tent, we create a secure environment where your guests can stay dry even when the weather turns. ### Safety and Crowd Control For large community gatherings, safety is the priority. We provide secure seating arrangements, heavy-duty stage scaffolding, and metal or bamboo barricading to keep the crowd safe. We have experience managing everything from political rallies and Dahi Handi celebrations to formal Bhumi Pujan ceremonies. We know the pulse of Navi Mumbai events and the specific challenges that come with large, energetic crowds. ## About Sai Mandap Decorators We are Sai Mandap Decorators, based right here in Navi Mumbai.
