Before the guests arrive, we are hard at work building the structures that make your event safe and steady. ## Photos and videos - [Video: A glimpse of my team at work. Before any decor goes up, we prioritize the foundation, whether it is leveling ground for a wedding or securing a 40ft aluminum truss for a concert. It is not just about placing flowers; it is about making sure the structure stands firm regardless of the monsoon humidity in Navi Mumbai. Many people ask why we spend so much time on the technical parts of the setup. The answer is simple: stability. In Navi Mumbai, humidity and sudden rain are real factors that can ruin an event if the setup is not planned correctly. Whether we are transforming an industrial warehouse for a corporate annual day or setting up a Koli Bhavan community event, our process always starts with heavy-duty ground preparation. We lay down dust-suppression matting and build waterproof pandals to ensure your guests remain comfortable. For large-scale events, the setup involves a specific sequence. First, we install the structural grid—often using aluminum box trusses—to handle the weight of intelligent lighting and LED video walls. Only once the safety and structural integrity are confirmed do we move to the aesthetic layer. This is where our team handles the detailed work: the floral arrangements, the fabric masking, and the stage skirting. This dual approach—prioritizing technical infrastructure alongside traditional aesthetics—is what keeps our events running smoothly. We handle the barricading, the carpeting, and the technical rig so that by the time your guests arrive, the space is ready, dry, and professional. ## About Sai Mandap Decorators We are Sai Mandap Decorators, a team from Navi Mumbai who believes in getting the job done, rain or shine.
