Whether it is correcting a color job gone wrong or getting that perfect keratin finish, I believe in assessing your hair health first. I do not just apply products, I make sure the result matches exactly what you had in mind when you walked through my doors. When I opened my first salon in 1984, my goal was simple. I wanted every person who sat in my chair to feel like they were part of my family. Over the decades, I have seen so many transformations. Often, clients come to me after a bad experience elsewhere, worried about damage or uneven color. My approach is to always start with a conversation. We discuss the texture of your hair, your face shape, and what you are trying to achieve. For example, when someone comes in with frizzy hair looking for a quick fix, I do not just jump to chemicals. We often discuss a protein repair treatment or a Hair Botox session to bring the shine back before we consider any styling. It is about patience. You will see many of my clients in these photos sharing their genuine reactions. From a girl who traveled all the way from Mumbai just to get her hair done, to a local regular of six years who swears by our Kerasmooth treatment, these stories are the reason I love what I do.
