It’s about the real talk. I break down the four core rhythms, teach you how to cue without second-guessing yourself, and help you navigate the actual business side of teaching fitness in India. You will walk away with your digital manual, your global license, and a clear, practical roadmap for your first class. ### The Foundation of Your Career Zumba Basic 1 is where everything clicks. Whether you are aiming to teach in a studio in Namma Bengaluru or planning to take your classes online, this one-day intensive is designed to set you up for success. We do not just dance. We build a profession. ### What You Will Master * **The Four Core Rhythms:** We dive deep into Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, and Reggaeton. I teach you the specific steps, but more importantly, I show you how to blend them so your classes have that perfect cardio spike. * **Cueing Techniques:** Ever wonder how to lead without talking the whole time? I teach you the visual cueing system so your participants can follow you naturally, even if the music is loud. * **The Business Reality:** This industry gets real very soon. We discuss the market rates, how to handle class anxiety, and how to build your own community. I want you to be bulletproof against self-doubt and fraud. ### Why Train With Me? Training with me is always a habba. Whether you join an in-person batch in cities like Chennai or Trivandrum, or you attend a live virtual session, the focus is on support. Once you finish, you are not left on your own. You become part of the ZIN™ community, which is like family. You get your global license to teach worldwide, access to the instructor portal, and the mentorship you need to keep growing. No prior certification is required to start. Just bring your energy and be coachable. ## About Sahana Jagannatha I'm Sahana, a Mysore girl now living the Bengaluru life.
