Whether it is a birthday photo or a candid moment of them playing, I focus on the details that make them look like themselves, from the shine in their eyes to the soft texture of their dress. There is something truly special about drawing a child’s portrait. While I work on many sketches, my Makkala Chitragalu (Children's Portraits) hold a unique place in my heart. When parents reach out to me, they are not just asking for a drawing. They are looking to freeze a fleeting moment of childhood—that gap-toothed smile, the sparkle in their eyes, or how they looked during a festival in their traditional silk dress. I use premium graphite and charcoal pencils to build depth and texture. For children, I focus on smooth transitions on the skin while ensuring accessories—like little earrings or the traditional vibhuti on the forehead—are rendered with sharp, realistic precision. I work primarily on A4 or A3 heavy-weight cartridge paper to ensure the artwork lasts for years without yellowing or fading. If you are in Bengaluru, Ramanagara, or anywhere in India, I can ship these safely to you. All you need to do is share a clear, high-resolution photo. I will handle the rest, ensuring the final piece is fixed with a matte spray and protected with rigid backing so it reaches you in perfect condition. ## About Sagar Kumar I am Sagar.
